What you share with us
- Accounts: your name, email address, sign-in credentials, verification information, and session records are handled through Neon Auth. Resi associates your account with your business workspace.
- Business details: the business name, trade, service area, website, goals, and plan preference you save during onboarding, plus workspace status updates and a history of saved changes.
- Inquiries: your name, company, email, trade, market, assessment answers, and recommended starting point when you ask us to contact you. Completing an assessment or downloading a plan does not itself send your answers to the inquiry database.
- Correspondence: information you send by email so we can answer your questions or handle a request.
We use this information to manage access to your account, save your brief, assess a potential engagement, respond to you, and maintain workspace records. Please share business information relevant to your request and avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
Services that help us operate
Neon provides authentication and database storage. Vercel hosts the website and processes web requests. Resend is used for inquiry notification emails, which can include the contact details and assessment context you submit. Authorized Resi staff can review saved inquiries and business workspaces to respond and manage next steps.
Hosting, authentication, and email providers also process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services, such as network addresses, request or session records, and email delivery status. This operational processing is separate from the limited analytics described below.
Cookies and sign-in
Account sign-in uses cookies to maintain and validate your session. Blocking these cookies can prevent account features from working. Signing out ends your sign-in session; it does not delete your account or saved business information. The public dashboard demonstration keeps changes in the current page session and is separate from your saved account workspace.
Website and assessment analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visits to the homepage and growth-plan page. Page URLs are stripped of query strings and fragments before they are sent. Account, sign-in, and administration pages are excluded. Vercel processes visit information such as the page, referring site, approximate location, and browser or device type. Its analytics uses a temporary identifier derived from the request, rather than third-party cookies; Vercel describes a 24-hour visitor identification window in its analytics privacy documentation.
We also count assessment milestones, including starting, viewing a recommendation, downloading a plan, and attempted, successful, or failed contact requests. These events contain an event name and a random ID for that event only. They do not contain your answers, contact details, account ID, or a persistent visitor identifier, and do not use cookies or browser storage. Event records and daily totals older than the rolling 30-day window are removed when subsequent events are processed.
Both analytics systems are disabled when your browser sends Do Not Track set to “1” or enables Global Privacy Control. These preferences do not disable essential account sessions or prevent information you explicitly submit from being saved.
Saved records and your choices
Account, workspace, and inquiry records remain stored until removed; there is currently no automatic expiry or self-service account deletion for these records. You can request access, a correction, or deletion by emailing leads@goresi.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and will explain any records that need to be retained for an outstanding matter.
You can use the public site without creating an account and can download an assessment plan without requesting contact. The current checkout is a simulation: it does not request card details, take a payment, or create a paid subscription.
